Information We Collect
TuneCurrent acts as a specialized editorial pipeline and digital growth accelerator for independent creators, managers, and record labels. In executing tailored digital service provider (DSP) campaigns, our infrastructure collects strictly defined telemetry payloads:
Audio & Metadata Assets
Pre-release unmastered or mastered audio files (WAV, FLAC, AIFF), canonical ISRC registry codes, release dates, track catalog credits, and cover asset matrices.
Streaming Telemetry IDs
Spotify Artist URIs, Apple Music Identifiers, YouTube Topic channel handles, SoundCloud permalinks, and real-time algorithmic stream momentum velocity.
Professional Identification
Primary management points of contact, verified billing addresses, corporate label entities, tax governance documentation, and transactional email receipts.
Audience Demographic Trajectory
Aggregated geographic listener distributions, algorithmic playlist carry-over percentages, save-to-listener conversion ratios, and skip frequency indices.
We categorically decline ingestion of non-consensual personal subscriber data. TuneCurrent only processes public or client-authorized telemetry matrices surfaced through official DSP Developer platforms.
How We Use Artist Telemetry
Unlike generic marketing brokers, TuneCurrent uses artist data exclusively as a directional vector engine. Every data point ingested serves one of three operational mandates:
Precision Editorial & Playlist Matching
Acoustic signature vectors (tempo, key signature, dynamic harmonic density, timbre resonance) are analyzed to match unreleased or active records with independent editorial curators, verified tastemakers, and algorithmic genre cluster profiles.
DSP Acoustic Trajectory & Index Modeling
Telemetry feeds our proprietary campaign forecast models to identify true organic momentum milestones, helping independent acts benchmark progress against verified algorithmic playlist thresholds (e.g., Release Radar triggers).
Synthetic Traffic & Stream Fraud Filtering
TuneCurrent monitors incoming stream vectors for unnatural velocity spikes, datacenter IP footprints, and non-organic playback behavior to instantly quarantine compromised curator lists and protect your catalog from distributor takedowns.
Zero Sale of Personal Data
Our core business model is rooted solely in client-funded artist development, playlist positioning, and strategic PR. We reject data-brokering monetization entirely.
The TuneCurrent Anti-Broker Covenant
TuneCurrent has never sold, rented, leased, or bartered any artist contact data, unreleased creative stems, demo submissions, or listener profile segments to commercial data brokers, advertising marketplaces, or third-party training networks.
We maintain an uncompromised wall between creative client repositories and third-party advertising ecosystems. Any transfer of metadata occurs strictly between TuneCurrent and the DSPs (or verified curators) explicitly designated within your executed promotion schedule.
DSP API Compliance & Security Architecture
TuneCurrent adheres to strict developer terms of service enacted by Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, and equivalent digital streaming platforms. All algorithmic connectors obey rate limits, token rotations, and encrypted handshakes.
OAuth 2.0 Token Isolation
Artist management accounts connected via official DSP APIs use short-lived OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens stored in encrypted AWS Key Management Services (KMS). We do not record or retain raw master passwords.
End-to-End Vault Encryption
Unreleased audio masters transmitted for pre-save pitch configurations are protected in transit via TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols and maintained at rest through AES-256 encrypted block storage clusters.
Strict API Rate & Scope Limits
We never request broader write-level privileges than strictly necessary. Read scopes are confined to public catalog indexing and historical streaming velocity analytics.
Data Retention & Erasure Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Regardless of your geographic residency, TuneCurrent extends uniform international data rights aligned with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
| Right / Protocol | Execution Timeline | Method |
|---|---|---|
| Right to Complete Erasure | Within 30 Calendar Days | Automated crypto-shredding of audio masters & contact matrices |
| Data Portability Request | Within 14 Business Days | Machine-readable JSON telemetry dump of all historical metrics |
| Campaign Archive Sunset | 180 Days Post-Campaign | Automatic de-indexing and cold archive uncoupling unless renewed |
Upon verified submission of an erasure instruction, all master audio files, metadata records, and private artist contact dossiers are purged across production, hot backup, and staging clusters.
